MURPHYSBORO, Ill. -- The 'Weekend At The Cave' event has been cancelled and refunds will soon be issued for vendors and those who purchased tickets.
The Shawnee Cave Amphitheater reported they canceled the weekend event which was scheduled to take place on August 30 - September 1.
The organization stated they apologized for any inconveniences this may cause and said they will issue ticket and vendor refunds as soon as possible.
They also stated, "We appreciate all the love and support each and every one of you have shown us here at The Shawnee Cave Amphitheater."
The organization said they are grateful for all the staff, volunteers, fans, vendors and everyone there at the venue.
"We will forever cherish the memories made here," the Shawnee Cave Amphitheater team stated. "We hope you all have a wonderful rest of the year, and we will catch you all on the flip side, friends!"
