
CARTERVILLE, IL (WSIL) -- Local high school students will have the chance to explore some community college programs.Â
will host its annual Health and Public Service event on September 19th. More than 250 students will attend the event.
They'll have the chance to explore programs and career opportunities in essential fields like nursing, hospitality, criminal justice, education, and social work.
The college says attendees will have the opportunity to meet and talk with faculty and current students, who will provide in-depth information about the programs offered at John A. Logan College.
Participants can also expect interactive, hands-on sessions that will give them a taste of what to expect in their future careers.
