MURRAY, Ky. -- A milk truck in Murray rolled over after the vehicle started sliding on Sunday, causing the road to be shutdown for 12 hours.
The Murray Police Department said it happened on Sunday, at 11:26 p.m. when a tanker truck was carrying milk and driving on North 4th Street. An officer said the vehicle was going towards Chestnut Street when it started to slide.
A part of the vehicle slid into the path of oncoming traffic, then up an embankment and rolled over on its side.
Police said there weren't any injuries reported and the roadway was shut down for a period of time for cleanup efforts.
The roadway was reopened about 12 hours later at 11:30 a.m. on Monday.
