
CALLOWAY COUNTY, Ky. (WSIL) -- Kentucky State Police (KSP) are conducting a murder investigation in Calloway County.
According to KSP, their troopers received a call Tuesday, November 5, at around 8 p.m., over a report about a dead man found beside a roadway in the community of Almo.
Authorities said this was in the 3800-block of Almo-Shiloh Road.
Police said the victim has been identified as David Dicke, 34, of Paducah, Kentucky.
An autopsy was performed, determining Dicke died as a result of multiple gunshot wounds, KSP reported.
KSP also said Shelby B. Junior, 43, of Dyersburg, Tennessee, has been charged with murder.
He was arrested and lodged at the Calloway County Jail.Â
According to the Calloway County Jail records, it shows Junior was also charged with fleeing or evading police, possession of a controlled substance, failure to appear, possession of a handgun and other traffic offenses.Â
