EVANSVILLE (WEVV) � Vanderburgh County Coroner's Office releases new details into the death of 4-year-old Octavia Aquino.
Coroner's office said Aquino, who passed away on June 16th, died from complications of blunt force trauma of the head and neck.
Evansville Police charged 16-year-old Christian Gonzalez with murder in relation to Aquino's death. The child's mother, 23-year-old Destiny Rhoades faces Neglect of a Dependent Resulting in Death.
Coroner's office said the final autopsy report is pending forensic and toxicologic analysis.
