Several schools are adding signs in front of the schools to address the presence of an officer in their schools.Ìý
Several schools including Ewing Northern Elementary, Thompsonville Schools, and Akin Grade School have put up the signs.Ìý
The sheriff's office says the signs will help provide peace of mind to teachers, parents, and students on the safety inside their buildings.Ìý
