CARTERVILLE (WSIL) -- There are only three animals in this edition of Pets of Week.
The first cat on the list is Penny. All of Penny's babies have been adopted, and now it's her turn. She is spayed and current on all of her shots. Penny is very affectionate so she'd like to be the only pet in the home. To learn more about her, she's at the City of Salem Animal Control.
Elwood is a 3-year-old pointer-mix dog. He weighs 55 lbs, well behaved, loves to give kisses, and play. Elwood is already neutered, current on his rabies vaccine, and microchipped. He can be adopted from the Wayne County Humane Society in Fairfield.
Barney is a nice cat who likes to be petted and enjoys curling up in a lap. He is 3 1/2 half years old and can't wait to make a home complete. You can visit Barney at PAWS' Place Adoption Center in Anna.
