PADUCAH, Ky. (WSIL) -- A Particularly Dangerous Situation Tornado Watch has been issued for the entire WSIL viewing area.
The National Weather Service issued the alert just after 7:30 p.m. on March 14. The watch will continue through 3 a.m.
This is in effect for all of southern Illinois, southeast Missouri, western Kentucky and northwest Tennessee.
A Particular Dangerous Situation or PDS, is wording used for rare situations when long-lived tornadoes are likely.
