MOREHEAD, KY (WSIL) -- SIU Baseball picked up a 13-7 win at Morehead State in game one of a three game series.
Trailing 3-1 in the 5th inning, the SIU bats came alive to produce a 4-run inning and take the lead. Ian Walters delivered first with a two-run triple and then JT Weber followed up with a two-run double.
In the 6th inning the homerun parade started. Austin Ulick hit a solo shot and one inning later Bradley Hudson went deep too, another solo homerun.
Ian Walters was 3-5, 4 RBI, 1 stolen base.
JT Weber hit 2 doubles and drove in 3 runs.
Austin Ulick was 3-4, and hit his first career HR.
Bradley Hudson also hit his first career homerun and drove in two runs.
