Illinois
Jefferson County

Johnston County
- Simpson - Funnel cloud reported at 7:59 p.m.
Union County
- Thousands out of power throughout Union County
Wabash County
- Funnel Cloud reported at 7:26 p.m.
Missouri

Cape Girardeau County
- Cape Girardeau - storm impacted downtown area and south end of city. Kingshighway between Bloomfield Rd. and William St. along with Cape Centre Dr. between Kingshighway and Broadview will be closed for an undetermined amount of time while crews clear debris
- Dutchtown - Suspected tornado touched down at 6:51 p.m.
- Tstm Wind Gust at 59 mph at 7:17 p.m.

Perry County
Perryville - .75 inch hail reported at 6:20 p.m.
Scott County
- Haywood City - Metal building destroyed at 7:45 p.m.
Stoddard County
- One person reported dead between Delta and Advance
- MO-25 is closed between Advance and Delta due to debris on the roadway. This is for north and southbound traffic. (8:29 p.m.)
- Advance - Home destroyed. One person injured.
- Delta - Significant damage to structures due to suspected tornado. Multiple businesses and a church damaged.
Kentucky
Ballard County
- Gage - Family sheltering in a van under an awning at a church when tornado hit. One child reported injured. Van damaged.
- Catastrophic damage reported in one area of Ballard County.
Graves County
- NE of Mayfield - Funnel cloud spotted at 8:10 p.m.
McCracken County
