MORNING TO 7 PM CDT /8 PM EDT/ THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Southwest winds around 15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph
expected.

* WHERE...Portions of southern Illinois, southwest Indiana, western
Kentucky, and southeast Missouri.

* WHEN...From 11 AM CDT /noon EDT/ this morning to 7 PM CDT /8 PM
EDT/ this evening.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will create
hazardous conditions for small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.

Storms leave behind damage in Graves County, Kentucky

GRAVES COUNTY, Ky (WSIL) -- Overnight storms left behind damage and debris in Graves County, Kentucky Tuesday.

The Graves County Sheriff's Office reported crews were out trying to restore power to many homes.

Trees were also uprooted with the worst of the damage found from an area of Lynville, south to and across the Kentucky and Tennessee state line.

The National Weather Service confirmed an EF-1 tornado with peak winds of 95 mph occurred in southern Graves County, KY, early Tuesday morning. The damage path stretches from Cuba to Lynnville.
