TN angler catches large paddlefish for new state record

CHEROKEE LAKE, Tenn. -- There's a new paddlefish state record in Tennessee thanks to one angler.

The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency posted on their Facebook page a picture of an angler catching a really big fish.

Tennessee angler Henry Dyer of Kingston claims the new state record for paddlefish.

Dyer caught the fish from Cherokee Lake weighing in as 149 lbs., 79 5/8" length, and a 44 3/8" girth.
