CHEROKEE LAKE, Tenn. -- There's a new paddlefish state record in Tennessee thanks to one angler.
The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency posted on their Facebook page a picture of an angler catching a really big fish.
Tennessee angler Henry Dyer of Kingston claims the new state record for paddlefish.
Dyer caught the fish from Cherokee Lake weighing in as 149 lbs., 79 5/8" length, and a 44 3/8" girth.
Congratulations Henry Dyer!
