PADUCAH, Ky. (WSIL) -- UPDATE: November 11, 12:14 p.m. -- Authorities said Nathan Cook has been found safe and back with his family.
The McCracken County Sheriff's Office said they thank everyone for their help.
ORIGINAL: November 10, 6:23 p.m. -- Authorities are asking the public's help in finding a missing and endangered person on Sunday.
The McCracken County Sheriff's Office said Nathan Cook, 19, is missing and suffers from several mental health disorders which doesn't allow him to take care of himself. He is also at an increased risk of being taken advantage of from others.
Cook was last seen at 3 p.m. on November 10 at his home on Metropolis Lake Road in Paducah.
The sheriff's office describes Cook as a white male, 5'9" tall, weighing 130 lbs. with short blond hair and blue eyes. He also has no facial hair.
Cook was also last seen wearing a white t-shirt and black athletic pants.
Authorities are unsure if Cook left in a vehicle or by foot. It is also unknown where he may be traveling to.
