...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Illinois...

Big Muddy River near Plumfield and near Murphysboro

.Moderate to major flooding continues along the Big Muddy River. At
Plumfield, the river is now forecast to crest in moderate flood
stage near 28.5 feet Friday morning. At Murphysboro, the river has
crested and started a very slow fall.

For the Big Muddy River...including Plumfield, Murphysboro...
Moderate to Major flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 28.5
feet Friday morning.
- Flood stage is 20.0 feet.

Thrillville's 12 Days of Giveaways

MARION, Ill. (WSIL) -- A local group wants to help those in the community get in the spirit of giving.

The Black Diamond Harley-Davidson is hosting the Thrillville's 12 Days of Giving event where they give out a special item for a dozen days in a row. This event is designed to bring the community together and highlight local businesses in Marion. This event has already given away some really great gifts, including a dinner-for-four, a four-wheeler and more.

Shad Zimbro is the co-owner of Black Diamond Harley-Davidson. He said he is appreciative of the community.

"¾ÅÓÎÌåÓý Illinois has been here for us for the past 18 years now," said Zimbro. "We're starting to grow into some different businesses and so we just wanted to give back to the community and give a little thanks," Zimbro added.
