Bundle up! Staying below freezing until the weekend

WSIL -- Bitterly cold this morning with actual temperatures near 10º and wind chills around zero! Bundle up and try to cover exposed skin.

This afternoon, despite some sunshine, strong north winds will keep temperatures in the lower 20s and wind chills still in the teens.

A few areas could dip into the single digits Friday morning with highs remaining below freezing Friday afternoon.

As the jetstream shifts back north, slightly warmer air will move in by the weekend.
