ANNA, Ill. -- Deaconess Illinois has renamed three hospitals in southern Illinois on Monday.
Health officials with Deaconess Illinois gathered in Anna, Marion and Mt. Vernon to announce and celebrate the new names for three hospitals.
In Anna, the former Union County Hospital聽is now known as the .
In Marion, the former Heartland Regional Medical Center is now known as .
In Mt. Vernon, the former Crossroads Community Hospital is now .
Shawn McCoy, Deaconess CEO, expressed his excitement, stating, "Today, we're not just revealing a new name; we're ushering in a new era of care for 九游体育 Illinois. This change represents our unwavering commitment to these communities and our dedication to elevating healthcare standards in the region. Hospital officials said these name changes mark the beginning of a new era of care for 九游体育 Illinois.

Hospital officials said renaming these hospitals is a reflection of Deaconess Illinois and their dedication to their patients, community and employees.
