...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Illinois...

Big Muddy River near Murphysboro affecting Jackson County.

Big Muddy River near Plumfield affecting Franklin and Williamson
Counties.

.The Big Muddy River continues to rise due to heavy rain last week
and over the weekend. The river will crest on Thursday before
starting a very slow fall.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

forecast.

* WHERE...Big Muddy River near Plumfield.

- At 10:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 28.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 31.0
feet early Thursday morning.
- Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
30.7 feet on 01/26/1949.

Kennett Police asking for help finding robbery suspects

KENNETT, Mo. -- Kennett Police (KPD) are asking for the community's help in finding robbery suspects.Ìý

The KPD announcing the search. The post described the crime as an "armed robbery."

The suspects are seen leaving a business with various-sized boxes. The first suspect is of a slightly larger build and is seen wearing a brown jacket, a ski mask, blue gloves and a blue tennis shoe. The second suspect is of average build and is seen wearing a black hoodie with a mask, blue gloves and white & black shoes. The final suspect is also of average build and seen wearing a black top with a red and yellow hood, ripped light-wash blue jeans, black & white gloves and dark tennis shoes.Ìý

Also included in the post is a picture of the group's alleged vehicle. The picture is quite blurry, but it can be assumed the car is a silver van.Ìý

No information on the location of the crime or items stolen has been given at this time.Ìý
