Local author holds book signing in Paducah

PADUCAH, Ky. -- A local author held a book signing at Raven & Moth boutique in Paducah on Saturday morning.

Emily Morrow set up a stand at the boutique to greet readers and sign copies of her book, "Really Very Crunchy: A Beginner's Guide to Removing Toxins from Your Life without Adding Them to Your Personality." The book details the "crunchy," or all-natural, lifestyle. 

Morrow wrote "Really Very Crunchy" with her husband, Jason Morrow. The couple was inspired to write the book by their own experiences following the "crunchy" lifestyle. The two first came to fame via online videos on TikTok and YouTube. These videos gained millions of views. The couple took the concepts and skits from online and morphed them into a book. 

The couple recently appeared on the cover of Padcuah's VUE magazine. The Raven & Moth event occurred from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
