CALLOWAY COUNTY, Ky. -- Officials arrested a man on Friday after a short chase.
Deputies first noticed Joshua Corn speeding along S. 12th Street in Murray, Ky. on a motorcycle. Corn did not stop when officers tried to stop him, leading to the chase.
Corn sped through traffic and intersections, endangering drivers and officers alike. Construction eventually diverted Corn off South 12th St. and into a parking lot, where concrete barriers eventually stopped him.
The pursuit continued on foot until officials managed to catch Corn.
Deputies took Corn to the Calloway County Detention Center and charged him with the following:
- Operating on a Suspended License
- Fleeing/Evading Police
- Disregarding Stop Sign
- Disregarding Traffic Control Device
