WAYNE COUNTY, Ill. -- Two individuals are in critical condition after a car crash on Saturday.
Illinois State Police arrived on the scene after a report alerted them of the incident. Officers found two people involved, both of whom were sent to local hospitals via medical hospitals.Â
The crash occurred on IL Route 15 near County Highway 3 just after 1:30 p.m.
Police are still on the scene conducting an investigation.
