UPDATE -- Jan. 19, 2024 -- Officials with KYTC District 1 have announced the site will be closed until around 8:00 a.m.Â
The crash is at the 7.5 mile marker near the intersection previously reported.
The total duration of this closure is estimated to last 9 hours. Â
MCCRACKEN COUNTY, KY (WSIL) -- U.S. 62 is blocked by a semi crash. It's near the intersection of Lemond Perdue Road just west of the McCracken Boulevard/Massac Church Road traffic signal.
As of 10:37 p.m. crews think the road will be closed until 3:30 a.m. That's a duration of six hours.
McCracken County Rescue Squad personnel are helping direct traffic around the crash site.
