Local high school college signings (updated 12.3.20)

CARTERVILLE (WSIL) -- Southern Illinois has plenty of college bound student athletes, but unfortunately we can't get everyone on TV. Here are some of our local athletes who have recently signed a scholarship to either compete at the junior college or small college/university level.

Carbondale Softball: Kaitlyn Anders signed with Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville, GA

Carterville Softball: Kirsten Jordan and Samantha Williams signed with Southeastern Illinois College. Alyssa Lyell signed with Webster University in St. Louis.

DuQuoin Baseball: Brian Winters signed with John A. Logan

Harrisburg baseball: Ben Brombaugh (Lincoln Trail), Colby Morse (Lincoln Trail), Noah Boon (Southeastern Illinois College), Javier Beal (Parkland), and Krayton Morse (Lincoln Trail)

Massac County girls golf: McKinnley Korte signed with Union University in Jackson, TN and Lily Conkle signed with Freed-Hardeman University in Henderson, TN

Pinckneyville Baseball: Pitcher/shortstop/third baseman Reid Keene signed with Southwestern Illinois College

Pinckneyville Volleyball: Bella Pasquino signed with Lincoln Land Community College; Payton Morgan signed with Wabash Valley College, Chloe Yates signed with Frontier Community College; Grace Numi signed with Rend Lake College

Pope County High School Softball: Emma Collier signed with John A. Logan

Steelville Softball: Alexis Renner, a pitcher and utility player signed with Wabash Valley College 

Waltonville girls golf: Maddy Burgess signed with Rend Lake College.

West Frankfort Boys Golf: Tyson Elko signed with Rend Lake College

West Frankfort Cross Country/Track: McKenzie Boren signed with Lincoln College.

Woodlawn Softball: Pitcher Jadyn Griffin signed with Rend Lake College.
