PINCKNEYVILLE (WSIL) The Pinckneyville Panthers played host to the Carlyle Indians.
Each team was still looking for its first win of the season.
Pinckneyville’s Lucas Teel with the nifty one-handed flip to Darian Harris. He gets down to the three yard line, but the Panthers had to settle for a field goal.
Late in the first quarter, Panthers deep in their own territory and Teel’s pass is intercepted by Braeden Albert. That would set up the Indians with great field position. Â
Later in the drive, Hunter Rose takes it in from 11 yards out to give the Indians a 6-3 lead after one quarter.Â
But the Panthers pull away in the second half to end the season with a win!
Pinckneyville beats Carlyle 38-14.
