SEMO Hoops returns to practice, open season in less than three weeks

We are nearly at the half way point of the college football season --- and the college hoops season is closing in on us.
SEMO is just twenty days away from playing in its first game of the year.
A reminder the Redhawks are coming off their first OVC Tournament title in 23 years.
SEMO is back in the basketball lab and have big plans to build off its success from a season ago.
The Redhawks started their second week of practice as they get set to open the year in less than three weeks.
SIU grad Brad Korn is entering his fourth year as the Redhawks coach and last year led the red and black its second ever appearance in the Big Dance.
The best way for the team to get back to that high level of basketball is to set even higher expectations and raise the Redhawk standard.
So far the Redhawks have looked really sharp in practice. SEMO will host Henderson State on October 23rd at 6:30 at the Show Me Center.
