(WSIL) -- There is some really nice weather in the forecast for this weekend and also a chance for severe storms. Saturday should start with sunshine leading to afternoon temperatures in the 70s for many of us. A storm system to our south will push thunderstorms this way bringing risk of damaging winds Saturday night. Sunshine could be back for Sunday with cooler temperatures and brisk winds.
Anyone working in yards or gardens this weekend needs to be aware of a couple chances of frost in the upcoming week. I will have the latest forecast updates on News 3 WSIL.
