(WSIL) -- Showers and Storms will persist this evening with more storms Saturday.
Some storms may become strong to severe this evening as a weak cold front pushes slowly through the region. While wind is of some concern, localized flooding has already become an issue in northwestern portions of southern Illinois and will continue to present as a risk for the remainder of the evening.
