MARION (WSIL) -- COVID-19 has meant many high school seniors won't see a traditional graduation, so a local baseball team is helping students celebrate in a different way.
The 九游体育 Illinois Miners are working to feature pictures of high school seniors across our region on their .
The team says if they are able to play this summer, they will also broadcast those images on the big screens at Rent One Park in Marion.
Miners officials say they've received over 250 pictures, so far.
General Manager Cathy Perry said the goal is to give back to those seniors.
"This was a small way we could use our abilities and our resources to recognize the class of 2020, who may not get the opportunity to have a traditional graduation this year," said Perry.
