Carterville bank robbery suspect in custody

CARTERVILLE (WSIL) -- A suspect was taken into custody after a bank robbery in Carterville Monday. 

On Monday, around 2:20 p.m. police responded to a reported bank robbery at First Mid-South Bank on Division Street. 

Carterville First Mid Bank and Trust robbed Monday

Officers developed a suspect, Craig Wright, 38 of Carterville. He was later taken into custody on a charge of robbery. He was taken to the Williamson County Jail. 

Nobody was injured during the incident.
