WSIL � Illinois State Police have released new details about the crash that slowed traffic at the intersection of Routes 13 and 148 in Williamson County Tuesday morning.
Troopers say two vehicles were involved and  Regge Walker, 46, of Carbondale disobeyed a traffic control device and caused the crash.
Walker went to the hospital with minor injuries and was cited.
The driver of the other vehicle, Kimberly Butler, 59, of Herrin was not hurt but got a ticket for expired registration.
The crash report is still being completed at this time.

WSIL � Police and fire crews are responding to a two vehicle accident at the intersection of Rt 13 and Rt 148.
Traffic is being diverted around the accident, and first responders advise caution as you pass the accident.
