CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (WSIL) -- Authorities have made an arrest in a fatal Cape Girardeau shooting, but a second suspect is still at large.

Brandon M. Pratt, 32, of Cape Girardeau, was taken into custody Friday on charges of murder in the second degree, armed criminal action, burglary and attempted robbery in the death of Anthony Miller.

Police say Miller, 21, of Cape Girardeau, was shot early Monday morning in the 400 block of Sheridan.

Investigators say Smith is considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached.

Anyone with information about Clarence J. Smith is asked to call the Cape Girardeau Police Department at (573) 339-6621 or (573) 339-6313 or text CAPEPD to 847411.
