CHRISTOPHER, Ill. (WSIL) -- A 52-year-old man was arrested and faces multiple charges in Christopher.
The Christopher Police Department said their officers and detectives searched a home on E. Washington Street on February 14, at 6:20 a.m. in Christopher.

- Sexual Exploitation of a Child - Class A Misdemeanor
- Unlawful Restraint - Class 4 Felony
- Battery - Class A Misdemeanor
- Sexual Conduct or Sexual Conduct with an Animal - Class 3 Felony
- Methamphetamine Possession - Class 3 Felony
- Possession of a Controlled Substance - Class 4 Felony
- Aggravated Battery - Class 3 Felony
- Possession of Ammunition Without a FOID Card - Class A Misdemeanor
Ballheimer was taken to the Franklin County Jail.
