MARION, IL (WSIL) -- The Williamson County State's Attorney has charged a Marion pastor with child pornography and intimidation.
According to John S. Hackmann, Jr. faces two counts in Williamson County. The complaint against Hackmann was filed on Thursday, Oct. 15.
Hackmann, 45, is the pastor at Marion First United Methodist Church.

According to a post on the Hackmann has been removed from his duties at the church while the investigation takes place.
On Facebook they say it was quote "in the best interest of all concerned."
According to the court documents, Hackman allegedly intimidated a minor by soliciting her to take lewd pictures of her friends.
Investigators say if she didn't comply, Hackmann allegedly threatened to go to her family with a video he says he had of her.
Hackmann is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Hackmann is expected to secure an attorney and is not allowed to have any contact with the victim.
He'll be back in court on November 9th.
