below flood stage near Plumfield Sunday, and near Murphysboro

Paducah man arrested for child abuse

Paducah woman arrested in October child abuse investigation

PADUCAH, KY (WSIL) -- Investigators say the 3-year-old victim ended up in the hospital on Wednesday with a fractured arm and bruising all over his body.

McCracken County Sheriff's deputies arrested David Joshua Saunders, 25, on a criminal abuse charge.

Saunders told investigators he'd been caring for the child for the past six days. Saunders admitted to causing all of the injuries out of "anger and frustration."

Saunders is now in the McCracken County Jail.
