.Levels will continue to fall on the Big Muddy River for the next
week, dropping near to below flood stage by April 20.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Suspect in custody in connection with Unlawful Restraint and Aggravated Battery investigation

VIENNA, Ill. (WSIL) -- UPDATE: A suspect is in custody, according to the Vienna Police Department.  

ORIGINAL: Authorities in one southern Illinois community are looking for the public's help in identifying a person in connection to an unlawful restraint and aggravated battery investigation.

The Vienna Police Department shared a photo of person who they are looking to identify on the night of January 17.

Police said this is part of an Unlawful Restraint and Aggravated Battery investigation.

The suspect was described by police as a Hispanic male. If anyone knows the identity of this person, you are asked to contact the Vienna Police Department at 618-658-8264.
