FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ill. -- Authorities are looking for three people wanted out of Franklin County for a range of charges, including possession of a stolen vehicle and battery.
The Franklin County Sheriff's Office is alerting the public to not approach these individuals as some could be considered armed and/or dangerous.
Jeffrey S. Phillips, 19, is wanted out of Franklin County for a possession of a stolen vehicle charge. He was last known to be living in the Thompsonville area.
Kyle D. Miner, 33, is wanted for a possession of methamphetamine charge out of Franklin County. Miner was last known to be living in the Orient area.
Jennifer K. Martines, 53, is wanted for a battery charge out of Franklin County. She was last known to be living out of the Benton, Illinois, area.
