Three wanted out of Franklin County

BENTON, Ill. -- Authorities are looking for three people wanted out of Franklin County for various of charges, which includes theft, possession of methamphetamine and violation of an order of protection charges.

The Franklin County Sheriff's Office alerted the public on the morning of October 30. Officials said they urge people to not approach these wanted individuals as some could be considered armed and/or dangerous.

Kendra Whitecotton, 38, is wanted out of Franklin County for a theft charge. Whitecotton was last living in the Carterville area.

Boren Johnson, 52, is wanted is wanted out of Franklin County on a possession of methamphetamine charge. He was last known to be living in the Mt. Vernon area.

Christopher Britton, 33, is wanted out of Franklin County on a violation of an order of protection charge. Britton was last living in the Mt. Vernon area. (No photo for Britton)
