BENTON, Ill. (WSIL) -- UPDATE: Simon Sanders has been captured. Authorities are still looking for Colton Brown and Bruce Hay.
ORIGINAL: Authorities are looking for three people wanted out of Franklin County for various of charges, which includes retail theft, battery and aggravated assault.
The Franklin County Sheriff's Office alerted the public on the morning of March 26, about the wanted individuals. Officials said they urge people to not approach these wanted individuals as some could be considered armed and/or dangerous.
Simon Sanders, 42, is wanted out of Franklin County for a retail theft charge. Sanders was last living in the Zeigler area.
Colten Brown, 25, is wanted out of Franklin County for a battery charge. He was last known to be living in the Benton area.
Bruce Hay, 33, is wanted out of Franklin County for an aggravated assault charge. He was last living in the West Frankfort area.
