Big Muddy River near Plumfield and Murphysboro.

.Levels on the Big Muddy River will continue to drop, falling below
flood stage at Plumfield Sunday, and at Murphysboro Monday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

- At 9:00 PM CDT Monday the stage was 25.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
late Sunday evening and continue falling to 19.1 feet Monday,
April 21.
- Flood stage is 20.0 feet.

Three wanted out of Franklin County

BENTON, Ill. -- Authorities are looking for three people wanted out of Franklin County for various of charges, which includes Battery, Resisting a Peace Officer and Meth Delivery charges.

The Franklin County Sheriff's Office alerted the public on the morning of November 6. Officials said they urge people to not approach these wanted individuals as some could be considered armed and/or dangerous.

Brett Burnett, 41, is wanted out of Franklin County for a meth delivery charge. Burnett was last living in the West Frankfort area.

Larry McDaniel, 35, is wanted out of Franklin County for a Resisting a Peace Officer charge. He was last known to be living in the West Frankfort area.

Robert Carlton, 54, is wanted out of Franklin County for a Battery charge. Carlton was last living in the West Frankfort area.
