WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Ill. -- Two people face charges after a traffic stop in Creal Springs.
The Williamson County Sheriff's Office said deputies saw a vehicle going east on Keely Street and committed some traffic violations.Â
Authorities then pulled over the vehicle and said a driver and passenger were in the vehicle. The driver was identified as James D. Long of Harrisburg and Andrea M. Bozarth of Creal Springs.
The sheriff's office said Long had arrest warrants out for him, as well as, driving on a suspended license.
Authorities also said they found drug paraphernalia, a crystal-like substance which field tested positive for methamphetamine and ammunition for a firearm.
One area deputies said they found illegal items was in what they described a "hide-a-box" underneath the vehicle near the driver's door.

- Possession of Methamphetamine (Class 3 Felony)
- Unlawful Use Of Weapon / Ammunition (Class 3 Felony)
- False Or Secret Compartment (Class 4 Felony)
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Class A Misdemeanor)
- Driving Wile License Suspended (Class A Misdemeanor)
- Failure To Signal When Required
- Disobeying A Stop Sign
- Operating Uninsured Vehicle
Andrea Bozarth faces the following charges...
- Possession of Methamphetamine (Class 3 Felony)
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Class A Misdemeanor)
Both were taken to the Williamson County Jail.
