CARBONDALE (WSIL) -- Robin's Nest learning center celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon cutting this morning.

The school's third location is now open in Carbondale, in the former Puka building.

Twenty families and children who currently bus to Carterville from Carbondale and Murphysboro will attend the new center.

As new students are transferring, the school still needs to find more employees.

Owner Robin Moore says, she's excited for what the school will do for Carbondale and other communities.

"We're always looking at new ways to expand what we have. I really believe in what we do. It's a passion for me. So we look forward to servicing more areas in the future," she said.

Robin's Nest has 10 teaching positions to fill.

There will be an open house and job fair Thursday and Friday, January 30 and 31, from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
