ILLINOIS (WSIL) -- Dunkin' locations across Illinois are set to host a special event aimed at raising awareness and funds for Special Olympics Illinois. The event will take place on Friday, May 16, from 5 a.m. to noon.
More than 380 Dunkin' locations statewide will welcome visitors to enjoy coffee and donuts while meeting local law enforcement officers.
The Illinois Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics will lead the effort to collect donations, which in turn, will go towards helping the athletes across the state..
