...Locally Dense Fog Is Expected to Develop Across Much of the
Quad State Tonight into Early Tuesday Morning...

Some patchy fog has already developed in a few locations late
this evening with a some areas seeing locally dense fog at times.
The dense fog will result in visibilities briefly dropping as low
as one-quarter mile at times.

If traveling late tonight into Tuesday morning, please remember
to slow down, use your low-beam headlights and allow extra time
to reach your destination.

MT. VERNON, Ill. -- Authorities are looking for four people who are wanted for various crimes out of Jefferson County.

Four wanted out of Jefferson County

The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office alerted the public to not approach these individuals as some could be considered armed and/or dangerous.

Devin Russell, 29, is wanted for a failure to appear for possession of meth. Russell is 5�11�, weighing 160 lbs. with blond hair and blue eyes. He was last known to be living in Mt. Vernon.

Dustin Vanhoorebeke, 40, is wanted for a failure to appear for an original charge of possession of meth. Vanhoorebeke is 5�9�, weighing 185 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes and was last known to be living in Mt. Vernon.

Justyse Zimmerman, 25, is wanted for a failure to appear for an original charge of unlawful possession of meth and a felon in possession of a weapon. Zimmerman is 5�4�, 135 lbs. with blonde hair and hazel eyes. She was last known to be living in Mt. Vernon.

Woodrow Tharp, 53, is wanted out for a failure to appear for an original charge possession of a controlled substance. Tharp is 5�11�, 190 lbs., with blond hair and blue eyes. He was last known to be living in Mt. Vernon.
