CARBONDALE, Ill. -- Police in Carbondale are looking for a missing man and are asking the public for help finding him.
The Carbondale Police Department said Richard L. Slomkowski, 67 of Carbondale, is missing and was last seen on August 13 at 7 p.m. in the area of West Main Street and New Era Road in Carbondale.
Slomkowski is described as 5'5" tall, weighs 125 lbs. with blue eyes and gray hair. He was last seen wearing a purple shirt, black pants with black and white shoes.
Police say Slomkowski has a condition which places him at risk.
