ULLIN, Ill. (WSIL) -- Shawnee Community College is assessing damage on Monday after storms rolled through the region last night.
High winds damaged fencing, a scoreboard and ripped off a roof of the visitor's dugout on the night of March 30. An air handling unit on top of a roof of one of the buildings was also damaged.
College representatives said there were no injuries, however, this will impact games played at the field. The representative said the damage will delay home games played there.
Assessment of the damages will continue. As of now, there is no dollar amount as to how much was damaged.
