PADUCAH, Ky. (WSIL) -- Paducah Police officers responded to reports of damage to parked vehicles across the city on Saturday. Police said the incidents involved broken windows, likely caused by large rocks or similar objects.
Using private security footage and the Flock Safety Camera system, officers said they identified a suspect vehicle registered to Tony Harper. Police said an officer later conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle matching the suspect description on Boyd Street, confirming Harper as the driver and linking the vehicle to the vandalism cases.
Harper was arrested during the traffic stop. Upon further investigation, police said they went to a residence on Homewood Avenue, where they arrested Terrion Parrish.
Police cited both Harper and Parrish with 12 counts of Criminal Mischief and were taken the McCracken County Jail. The investigation is ongoing, with the possibility of additional charges or suspects.
