77-year-old seriously injured in southeast Missouri crash

FREDERICKTOWN, Mo. (WSIL) � A 77-year-old man was seriously injured after a single-vehicle crash on Friday near Fredericktown.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol said the crash happened on June 20, at 5 p.m., along US 67, roughly four miles south of Fredericktown.

State police said a 77-year-old man from Pflugerville, Texas, was driving a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado when the vehicle ran off the left side of the road, hit a median and then flipped over.

The driver was flown to Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis with serious injuries.

The vehicle was towed from the scene by D and D Towing.
