The third annual Wander Down Music Festival is filled with activities for adults and children.听
This music festival incorporates blue grass and folk聽music with outdoor workshops聽and craft activities.听
The event kicks-off on Friday October 18th at 4 p.m. with an open mic session for adults.听
That鈥檚 followed by the聽kids workshop聽on Beetles, Butterflies & Bumble Bees, as well as, live music聽by The Woodbox Gang and聽Joshua Powell.
Things pick up early on Saturday at 7 a.m. with an all age workshop on bird watching.听
Other activities that day include morning yoga, gong sound meditation and a painting party.听
Several performances will be taking place on Saturday like聽The Way Down Wanderers,聽Taylor Steele & the Love Preachers and聽Old Salt Union.听
Sunday is the last day of the festival but is still packed with聽live music for attendees.听
Entertainers that day include聽Chain Station,聽Chicago Farmer,聽Micahlan Boney and more.听
Lodging options at Touch of Nature are also available.听
Children ages 15 and younger are free when accompanied by an adult, who purchased a ticket.听
