CARBONDALE (WSIL) -- SIU has won 5 in a row, including two this past week.

Eric McGill was a huge factor in the wins and for his effort, was named Missouri Valley Conference Player of the Week.

McGill averaged 23 points and nearly 6 rebounds in those victories.
