.Levels will continue to fall on the Big Muddy River for the next
week, dropping near to below flood stage by April 20.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

SESSER, Ill. -- A barn fire erupted near Sesser on Friday morning. 

The fire occurred at a house on Highway 148 about one mile south of Sesser. 

According to a viewer who messaged us, portions of the road were shut down to allow for crews to attend to the fire.
