FARLEY, Ky. -- Officials at the McCracken County Sheriff's Office have arrested a man for drug-related crimes.

Michael B. Cash, 38, of McCracken County, was arrested at his home on Friday morning. The arrest comes after a recent call to the sheriff's office alerting officials to alleged illegal drug activities occurring at his residence at 1134 Vasseur Avenue.

Deputies obtained a warrant to search the property, which was executed on Friday morning. Cash was found inside the house and arrested on a preexisting warrant from Graves County Circuit Court due to a violation of his probation.

Deputies received more reasons to arrest Cash with the discovery of Crystal Meth in for-sale packages, Alprazolam, Suboxone and other drug paraphernalia inside the home.

Cash faces the following charges:

  • Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 2nd Offense -- Methamphetamine
  • Possession of a 2nd Degree-controlled substance -- Suboxone
  • Possession of a 3rd Degree-controlled substance -- Alprazolam
  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
